Beware: They move among you

The local gay community of Palm Springs as been plagued by a couple of meth addicted criminals who will con you, steal from you and then make false accusations about you to the local authorities.
Their names are Jonathan Drippon (29) of San Diego, CA and Jason (Jay) Slocum (37) of Seattle Washington. Drippon, who has a serious addiction to the drug GHP, has had several run ins with the law including driving under the influence. His vehicle, a white Hyundai , is most notable for damage to the front fender from a recent drug induced accident. He has an outstanding bench warrant issued by the county of Riverside for failure to appear in court for drug related charges.
Slocum, has an outstanding bench warrant from the state of Oregon when he fled the sentencing for for his conviction of credit card fraud.
The State of California has sentenced him to a work release program for possession of illegal substances (charges he plead guilty to). However the State of California does not extradite convicted criminals, meaning: he is in sanctuary as he will not be sent back to Oregon to complete his sentencing for his conviction of credit card fraud.
You'll rest assured that the equipment he had to make bank cards, checks,  credit cards and identification cards were discovered and destroyed.
Files on targeted individuals who SS numbers and personal information that where or had been used to make fictitious accounts to benefit Mr. Slocum were also destroyed.
A Certificate of Title, by the State of California, found amongst his credit card making kit, was for a 2000 Ford Taurus. The certificate issued to a Patricia L. Yniguez of Rancho Mirage, CA was sought after by Carlos Yost of Cathedral City, CA.
Yost, a business man of a local dry cleaners, requested the certificate be in his possession as he had the vehicle in his possession. Slocum had started an ownership transfer of the vehicle through the DMV but had not completed the transaction.
It is unclear at this point if Yost is surrendering the vehicle and certificate to Slocum (who states this vehicle is a gift from Yost to him) or registering it under his own name.
As an outsider, the transfer of ownership of this vehicle, looks dubious at best. It would be in the best interest of one's self to keep clear of these individuals as theft of an automobile is a felony as I believe falsifying certified documents.
Yost did not state if he and Slocum are friends at this point, and did not seem too disturbed that Slocum had made derogatory comments and even racial slurs about Yost in an email that was intercepted between Slocum and Drippon.
It's possible that these outlawed transits had no intention of stealing the vehicle from Yost as implied in the these emails.
It has not been so lucky for the many residents of Palm Springs that have been violated by these unemployed, homeless deviants.
Money, food, clothes and personal items mysteriously disappear after visits from this crafty team.
It seems to be a common occurrence for anybody who has had them stay as a houseguest or even a short visit.
It doesn't stop there. They now have a new operation. They visit you, they come back with police months later with an itemized list of YOUR belongings and they demand entrance into your home stating they have mail that says they lived there and you need to hand over YOUR possessions to them.
The Palm Springs police should really run a report on these fellows and then maybe they would discover that the home they should be in is behind bars.
With Drippon behind the wheel, your family, your kids are at such great risk of being hazardously
mowed down.
Yet this menace to society and his identity stealing partner are free and at large.
Nobody is safe. I know, I was victimized by them as well.
